Do you accept cancellations?
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been paid for.
Do you accept returns?
Kindly check the item immediately upon receiving and let us know if it is damaged or if the wrong order has been sent to you. Any reported damages will be evaluated by the team and the item will be replaced (shipping fee will be on us).
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
